1. What this is

$TKN247 is a memecoin on Solana, launched on Pump.fun. tkn247.com is an information site and a way to check in to the daily punch clock with your own wallet. Nothing on the site is an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell any token, security or other asset, and nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. $TKN247 is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the New York Stock Exchange, Pump.fun or any exchange, institution or company named on the site.

2. Who may use it

You may not use the site, check in, take part in any draw, battle, staking or redemption, or hold or acquire $TKN247 or STK247 through it if you are:

No sanctions screening runs on chain. By using the site you confirm none of the above applies to you.

3. Risk

$TKN247 and STK247 carry a high risk of loss, including the loss of everything you put in. Prices can move sharply, and past fees, prizes or rewards say nothing about future ones. The programs are new and unaudited unless the site says otherwise. Blockchain transactions are final.

4. Fees

$TKN247 trades on Pump.fun, which charges every buy and every sell its own fees, in SOL, and sets and may change them. One of them is the creator fee: about 0.30% of a trade on the bonding curve, and after graduation to PumpSwap a rate that falls as the market cap grows (0.95% at 420 SOL market cap, stepping down to 0.05% at 98,240 SOL and above, as Pump.fun publishes it).

100% of the creator fee goes to the machine. At launch the coin's Pump.fun fee-sharing list is set to exactly one recipient, the machine's fee vault (a program address of tkn_treasury), at 100%, and then sealed: Pump.fun refuses any later change to it. The program checks that on chain before it moves anything. The one exception is the dev buy made in the launch transaction itself, whose creator fee goes to the creator wallet (a few thousandths of a SOL).

Once an hour the fee vault is split into four pots: RWA vault 40.10%, worker battles 24.70%, daily lottery 4.01%, buyback 31.19% (half of what it buys is burned, half goes to the treasury). The split can only change through governance, behind a 48-hour time lock, inside hard limits written into the program (vault 20–60%, battles 10–40%, lottery 0–15%, buyback 15–50%).

5. Pump.fun

$TKN247's bonding curve, PumpSwap pool and creator fee are Pump.fun's programs, not ours. Pump.fun can change its fee rates and upgrade its programs, and its admin keeps a power to reassign a coin's creator; used on $TKN247, that could send future creator fees elsewhere. Fees already paid into the machine stay there: Pump.fun cannot move anything out of the machine's vaults or change its split.

6. The vault, STK247 and tokenized stocks

The vault buys tokenized stocks (xStocks) and values them with Pyth prices; STK247 is its share, minted at net asset value in SOL and redeemed in kind. Those tokens are issued by third parties under their own terms: they are not offered to U.S. persons or in some other jurisdictions, and their issuers can pause, freeze, move or rescale them (Token-2022 powers such as pause, permanent delegate and scaled amounts after corporate actions). A redemption leg an issuer refuses can be claimed later.

7. The punch clock, lottery and battles

Checking in costs nothing and moves nothing: you sign a message. One check-in per wallet per New York day, from midnight to 4:00:59 p.m. New York time. The daily lottery and the worker battles draw their randomness from Switchboard and pay prizes in SOL from their pots. A prize not claimed in time goes back to its pot.

8. Who can change what

Governance (a multisig behind a 48-hour time lock) can change the pot split inside its limits, name each pot's spender and daily cap, replace role holders and upgrade the programs; any upgrade is visible on chain for 48 hours before it can run. A guardian multisig can pause and cut spenders off at once. Nobody can move funds out of the pots except through these rules.

9. Verify the contract address

Trust a contract address only if it is the one shown on tkn247.com, and on Solscan its Pump.fun fee-sharing config lists exactly one recipient, the machine's fee vault, at 100%, with its admin revoked. Never take an address from a DM, a reply or a search result.

10. Addresses

Published here at deployment: the tkn_treasury, tkn_clock, tkn_vault and tkn_arena programs, the fee vault, the $TKN247 mint, the governance and guardian multisigs, and the size of the dev buy.
